The Maple Leafs begin the final week of preseason action against the Ottawa Senators tonight at Air Canada Centre (7pm Leafs TV, TSN1050 Radio). This will be the second meeting between the two teams in six days. The Leafs beat the Senators 3-2 last week in Ottawa.
Following tonight’s game, the Leafs will play a home-and-home with the Detroit Red Wings on Friday and Saturday to close out the preseason.

On Monday evening, the NHL announced that David Clarkson was automatically suspended for 10 regular-season games for leaving the bench to join an altercation during Sunday’s game. Clarkson is eligible to return to the lineup on October 25th when the Leafs are in Columbus.
Earlier on Monday the Leafs signed forward Mason Raymond to a one-year contract. Raymond was in camp on a PTO. The 28-year-old Cochrane, Alberta native has played his entire career with the Vancouver Canucks recording 178 points in 374 career games. Read the full press release
